The
response to Dunes Village Resort since its first
offering by The Hoffman Group in Phase 1 has been
overwhelming. Hundreds and hundreds of reservation
requests have been received.
Phase 1
sold out in record time with hundreds of purchasers
waiting in back-up position due to the limited
availability of inventory. Phase 1 opened in the
summer of 2006 with spectacular reviews.
The
developer has now finalized preliminary plans for
Phase 2, featuring a total of 264 units. As
promised, those prospective purchasers who were not
able to secure a position in Phase 1 were given
priority to make pre-reservation applications. Once
again, we found ourselves with many more requests
than there are units available. Phase 2 will be
complete in the September/October 2007 timeframe and
will have the same success as Phase 1.

The new OCEANFRONT Dunes
Village Resort is located at 52nd and 53rd Avenues North
in Myrtle Beach’s most central and desired section. The
combined resorts will offer features unprecedented in
any resort previously offered by The Hoffman Group. The
most compelling aspect of the resort will be twin indoor
water parks comprised of some 25,000 square feet and
featuring 20’ high ceilings and an incredible array of
water amenities including lazy river rides, water
slides, swimming pools, spas and children pools. These
facilities will be complemented with an array of outdoor
oceanfront water amenities sprawling over 500’ of
Atlantic coastline. The Resort also offers other
amenities such as exercise rooms, game rooms, tennis and
basketball courts, covered parking, designer
restaurants, oceanfront lobbies with registration desk
facilities, general stores and commercial concession
areas, real estate sales office, walking trails and
community clubhouse!
DUNES VILLAGE RESORT PHASE
II features a wide range of floor plans including
oceanfront and angle oceanfront suites, deluxe
one-bedroom condominiums and two, three and four-bedroom
villas. Existing oceanfront suites will be completely
renovated to include new bathroom and kitchen fixtures,
new carpet and tiled floors, designer furnishings
packages, upscale counter tops. New units (1,2,3 and
4-bedroom plans) will feature interior furnishings and
finishings that are second-to-none. Special finish
features will include high-end window treatments and
bedspreads, top quality beds, upscale counter tops,
designer quality tiled entry, kitchen and baths, panel
doors, upscale trim and much more. |
