| The architect for Phase II of the Sandy Beach Resort has developed a
dramatic design that includes a façade over Phase I to visually unite the
towers into a bold, cutting-edge oceanfront resort that leads the way in
recreating the Third Avenue South area. Now under construction. Only a few
of the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condominiums remain for sale. As you can see from the rendering , all you need is one word… “WOW” to
describe this incredible new OCEANFRONT project! The purist modern lines,
cantilevered angled supports, curved glass fronts reflecting boulevard
silhouettes and “wave” design elements convey a fluid sense of motion.
Adding to the excitement is the comprehension that the architect has created
a façade that encompasses the existing condominium tower, brilliantly
combining it with the new tower – creating one magnificent cutting edge
OCEANFRONT resort!
Once inside the entrance portico, the grandeur continues with an
escalator connecting the two-story registration lobby and glass walls
featuring panoramic views in every direction. Add specialty lighting,
terrazzo tile, oceanfront concierge lounge, exercise room, spa, indoor and
outdoor pools and you have a true destination resort.
The new tower will offer a total of 150 one, two and three-bedroom
condominiums. Each unit will feature tiled entry, kitchen and bath, granite
countertops in kitchen and master bath, upscale appliances package including
washer/dryer, and a designer furnishings and accessories package. In
addition, master baths will feature a two-person spa tub with porcelain tub
surrounds.
Crews started construction Winter 2006 by tearing down the old low-rise
building on the site where the Sandy Beach, Phase II tower will be built.
Phase II will adjoin to the Phase I condominium tower that opened in 2000.
Construction of Phase II is expected to be complete in time for Fall 2007
